The Fraunhofer inHaus Center is a Europe-wide unique innovation shop for application-orientated and close to the market research for intelligent room and building systems. Here, focused on the application fields such as office, hotel, resources as well as residential living and health&care, innovative building materials, intelligent building technology and electronic assistance are developed in order to access new markets. The wide range of innovations is aimed at optimizing functions and processes of residential and commercial buildings, where aspects such as energy efficiency, the conservation of resources, security, design and environmental protection play a decisive role. The Fraunhofer inHaus Center combines the potential of over 120 industrial partners.
